7 Day Panama Lifestyle Discovery Tour For 2009

Day 1 – Arrival in Panama City, Panama

You will be greeted at the airport and transferred in comfort to the Radisson Decapolis Hotel – one of Panama City’s finest hotels.  Enjoy the central location, modern decor, lounge with sushi bar, pool, and attached shopping center and casino.  Panama City’s finest restaurants and exciting night spots are within a few blocks.  Overnight at the Radisson Decapolis in Panama City.

Day 2  – Panama City Orientation Tour
Breakfast included at the Radisson Decapolis.  Orientation tour will include a look at Panama City’s main attractions, as well as an overview of Panama City’s most enticing neighborhoods for lifestyle including Paitilla, Punta Pacifica, Amador, Marbella, Casco Viejo and El Cangrejo. Your full day excursion includes a visit to the Panama Canal, including entrance tickets to the observatory and museum. Overnight at the Radisson Decapolis Hotel in Panama City.

Day 3 – Panama City Real Estate Tour and Legal Consultation (Optional)
Breakfast included at the Radisson Decapolis. You’ll explore real estate for sale in Panama City, including the Trump Ocean Club and other featured projects within the city. This is a full day tour accompanied by a bilingual real estate professional. At your option, your research will be complete with a legal consultation covering immigrant visa law, real estate law and asset protection law with one of our highly recommended bilingual attorneys.  You’ll have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the legal aspects of living and investing in Panama.  Overnight at the Radisson Decapolis Hotel in Panama City.

Day 4 – Pacific Beach Resort Tour
Breakfast included at the Radisson Decapolis. Now let’s leave the city and head for the beach! Your Pacific Beach Resort Tour begins at the Decameron Beach and Golf Resort upon arrival. Your day will be spent visiting residential real estate with in the resort and further along the Pacific beaches west of the resort. You will be surveyed prior to your visit to ensure the properties you see fit your unique interests. This is a full day real estate overview accompanied by a bilingual Pacific beach real estate specialist.  Dinner included at the resort.  Overnight at the Decameron Beach and Golf Resort.

Day 5 – Pacific Beach Resort Tour
Breakfast included at the resort.  You’ll visit residential real estate available near the Decameron resort. You will visit prime beach communities all along the Pacific Beaches of Panama.  Dinner included at the resort. Overnight at the Decameron Beach and Golf Resort.

Day 6 – Pacific Highland Tour (Optional)

Breakfast included at the resort.  At your option, you may explore the highland village of Sora. You’ll discover real estate for sale in this scenic region. Well known due to the success of the Altos Del Maria development, Sora is quickly emerging as an alternative to Boquete for those who prefer a cooler climate and highland scenery. You other option is to relax at the beach resort, lounge by the pool, hang out on the beach or play a round of golf on the resort’s finely manicured course.  Dinner included at the resort.  Overnight at the Royal Decameron Beach and Golf Resort.

Day 7 – Departure

Transfer from Royal Decameron to the international airport in Panama City for your departure.
